Farm to Table Dinner with Lost River Butcher Block & WV State Parks Saturday, September 12th | 5:30 PM | Terra Alta, WV Join us for our most anticipated gathering of the year—an evening that celebrates good land, good people, and damn good food! A whole bison will be slow-roasted on the spit and carved fresh on site by Lost River Butcher Block, while West Virginia State Parks brings the flavors of Appalachia to the table with thoughtfully prepared seasonal sides and accompaniments. Optional Add-On: Humane Field Harvest Experience Friday, September 11 (morning) For those who want to go deeper, a limited number of tickets are available to observe the humane field harvest the morning prior to the roast. This is an educational, respectful experience for people who want to understand: Ethical harvest practices Transparency in meat production What it truly means to honor the animal from pasture to plate Experience the artistry that is field dressing an animal *This option is not for everyone—and that’s intentional. It’s for folks who want to witness the full story behind their food. All ages are welcome.
